Store your sandals in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
Because each pair is crafted from natural wood, subtle changes in tone and grain over time are part of its unique character.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, as moisture may affect the natural wood.
Cleaning
Wipe the wooden base with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
Use a microfiber cloth to gently polish metallic straps and crystal embellishments.
Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive materials.

Wear with Care

While handcrafted for everyday elegance, GWASU sandals are not intended for prolonged exposure to rain, sand, or rough terrain.

Because each pair is made specifically for you, our shipping process includes both a production period and a shipping period.

Production Time

Each pair is individually handcrafted after your order is placed.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your sandals to be carefully carved, assembled, and finished before they are shipped.

During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

A Note From The Designer

Aurora was intentionally designed to flatter a wider foot. The graceful V-shaped straps create the illusion of a longer, more elongated silhouette, while the open design allows the foot to sit comfortably without feeling confined.

I designed this style after years of struggling to find elegant shoes that flattered my own wide feet.

One of my favorite details is the straps themselves. I wanted them to feel like jewelry for your feet—something that catches the light, elevates the entire look, and makes getting dressed feel a little more special.
