Because each pair is made specifically for you, our shipping process includes both a production period and a shipping period.
Production Time
Each pair is individually handcrafted after your order is placed.
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your sandals to be carefully carved, assembled, and finished before they are shipped.
During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
